Salvador Flores, P.E. is an active licensed civil engineer in good standing.  A 1992 Graduate from Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas.  Founder and Sole owner of Bendicion Engineering, Bendicion Investment Group, and A Plus EVC.  As an entrepreneur, Mr. Flores has created opportunities for his businesses to flourish and prosper.

 

Mr. Flores has over 30 years of engineering experience.  Most of this experience has been related to residential, commercial and industrial development projects.  From designing numerous residential subdivisions to various commercial developments, including highly complex industrial projects, Mr. Flores has a vast knowledge of what it takes for developments to be successful.  In 1998, Mr. Flores went from being a Senior Project Manager at a prominent engineering firm to starting his own engineering firm.

 

As an entrepreneur, Mr. Flores has been involved in other business ventures outside of engineering.  In 2015, Mr. Flores started a real estate investment firm called Bendicion Investment Group.  The focus of this company was to invest in local single-family real estate rehabilitation projects.  Bendicion Investment Group has had many successful completed projects that have assisted in the rehabilitation of deteriorating neighborhoods.  Taking abandoned deteriorated homes and converting these homes into magnificent homes where new families have been able to call home has been very humbling and has provided a benefit to the community.  This company is still active and looking to continue to invest in the local community.

 

In 2022, Mr. Flores, started A Plus EVC.  This is a design-build company focused on commercial Direct Current Fast Chargers (DCFC's).  With the evolution, promotion, and growth of electric vehicles (EV), the vital need for fast commercial charging infrastructure has created a relatively new industry.  A Plus EVC is poised to capitalize on this need by providing vital services to this ever-growing EV community.  A Plus EVC has been working with private businesses, in addition to local, state, and federal agencies to assist with the national infrastructure need.

 

In addition to the above mentioned businesses, Mr. Flores has recently partnered up to construct and own a large self-storage facility with ambient and non-ambient units, including boat and RV parking.  Mr. Flores and his partner plan to participate in other self-storage investment projects.

 

Mr. Flores is a focused and driven individual with a keen sense of business knowledge.  With unique technical skills Mr. Flores has proven to be a vital asset when determining if a project is feasible.
